How long does shipping take?

We ship all US orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically arrives in 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us and we will arrange a full refund or exchange.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our store uses 256-bit SSL encryption and we never store your payment information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, they may have already entered processing. Contact us immediately at support@trailandpeak.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. International orders may take 10-21 days. Additional duties may apply.

What if my product arrives damaged?

In the rare case of damage, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.
