Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping (US)

5-10 business days. FREE on orders over $75. $5.99 on orders under $75.

Expedited Shipping (US)

2-3 business days. $14.99 flat rate.

International Shipping

10-21 business days. Rates calculated at checkout. Customer is responsible for any import duties.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed within 24 hours of shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
